Could you throw in a happy ending for OZbargainers?

  • Rude and unhelpful service! I originally called Sabai Day Spa to book for a spa session on Sunday morning. Unexpected plans came up so I had to call Sabai Day Spa again to re-book. The receptionist said there were available slots on Saturday morning so I booked for my session then.

I called them again the next day to confirm and my session was still there.

Two days before my session was due (Saturday), I called them again to check and they lost my booking. The receptionist was exceptionally rude and unhelpful; she kept insisting that I did not book over and over again and offered no help or alternatives. I asked her to tell her manager to call my back but I have yet to receive a call.

I'm extremely turned off by this service and I will definitely not recommend this spa to anyone.

FOLLOW UP: According to the receptionist, Koi, the manager does not pick up her phone during her off days. I doubt I'll ever be getting a call back.
