How does that help track your sleep?

        Just ask the neighbours😀

        • shhh. I'm his neighbour. He doesn't need this app. PLEASE. I need this.

    Try the free app first.

Used on & off for years.
Bought this (with free credit) to upgrade the free app.

They keep adding features, but unfortunately my phone needs an upgrade to use many. I rarely need an alarm clock, so haven't used those features. Can be teamed with some trackers you wear.

Now use a basic Fitbit2 band (free from UTAS course a while back). Gives enough useful sleep data for me. Not connected to this app. Haven't used this app since.

Am enrolled in Uni Qld exercise study. Will receive a free SLICE watch with HR & proprietary "Physical Activity Intelligence (PAI) e-Health Platform". So exercise education & "worth $200" tracker for free (requires exercise).

    • The SLICE is a cool idea but very poor in execution. Very poor software, it's almost impossible to see the screen in daylight and it won't really track daily high heart rate activities unless you first set it to workout mode, which is the point of the PAI. They used to sell for about US$90 but as MIO have stopped producing hardware, they now fluctuate between US$30 and $50 on amazon.com. I still use mine as it has ANT+ and very good exercise heart rate tracking. Good luck with the study!

      • Will be interesting running an exercise study using it! Viewed review videos of issues. Well it's free & I'll get an exercise program😉

  • Great app. The sonar sleep tracking tech is incredible IMHO - it can track your respiratory frequency.
