I am using SMALL plan for almost a month now and realized 3gb is less for me and I running close to 100% now. How do I upgrade to medium plan now?

      Not sure, if they can reply my email at this night hours. I'm out of town and probably going to hit limit soon and need some data. They don't have phone contact number it seems.

          What if Kogan customer care isn’t available as it is after hours and someone here could’ve pointed to an online method of upgrading OP’s plan?
          Some people here try to be smarta**ses. If one can’t help why not save one’s time and ignore the post. I don’t think any OP comes to the OGB forum to be schooled by random people.

      yep, came across this but it looks like I will have to buy the extra data pack for 30days.
      My understanding is I cannot upgrade my existing 356days SMALL plan to MEDIUM.
      Wondering if anyone has done such upgrade?

    No chance. You've already paid for the whole year.

    It would be great if they say to just pay the difference, but I highly doubt it.

    How do you commit a year of data plan if you actually may not know your usage.

    No you can't unfortunately as you have already used your voucher. If it wasn't used, then they would of refunded you credit.

    However, Kogan has up to 40% off 365 plans atm so you can consider having another SIM/phone number or port over.

    Thanks guys. Spoke with their Rep he refunded remaining 11m amount and purchased new 356days Medium plan
