Getting into the Winter months, it's getting pretty hard to motivate myself to get out for a run seeing as though it's always cold and dark. I'd be looking for a good quality runner's treadmill. I've never bought one before, so any advice/help would be much appreciated.

We've got a treadmill that's been sitting here for years (think 7 years+) but used only a handful of times. No mechanical issues or anything. Parents bought it but didn't use it - i thought it was a stupid idea to begin with since i only run outside anyway.
