Not sure if a bargain or not?

Not really one of those insanely cheap super bargains that are normally on ozbargain, but you could always pop by if you're in the area.

Pho Van in Chelsea is excellent. Looking forward to Springvale!

    • Thank you, great to hear that you enjoy our pho :)

Cool to see a local business on OZB - given that there is an over abundance of vietnamese/pho restaurants in Springvale…what would you consider is the differentiating factor for your restaurant?

    • That's a great question. I think the most differentiating factor would have to be that we're one of the few pho restaurants* that offer both
      - seafood pho (pho broth with tom-yum flavour, with shrimp, squid and fish fillet)^
      - vegetarian pho (with tofu, mushroom, carrot & broccoli)

*possibly the only one in Springvale, but I haven't been to all the pho restaurants in Springvale so can't confirm
^seafood pho is a bit more expensive, $13.95 original price and $12.55 with 10% off

EDIT: We don't do mushrooms in our veggie pho anymore bc customers didn't like it (so we changed the recipe)
