    Everyone is probably upvoting a freebie, which is cool. But sadly, it's not any good at all. IMO at least. Having tried it, I was sorely disappointed. It brought flashbacks of younger immature times filled with Budweiser and Heineken, and wicked bad gas. I would be reluctant to take it for free. I'm actually reluctant to finish the few in my fridge. And I think that it's being given away on Facebook says it all really.

      Agreed. Was excited to try it, but sadly disappointed afterwards. Tastes like a cheap lager, with no real distinct qualities. Not tempted to buy it again, can't be bothered trying to get it for free.

      I'm the opposite to you, for some reason I've been targetted with this ad 3 times over the last 12 months. Hop House at 12 bucks a 6 is definitely one of my favourite lagers on the market.

      Far better than any Aussie cheap domestic lager IMO. It tastes more premium at least to me.

        Sadly a ridiculously low bar though.

        Any idea if this is made in Australia or Ireland? The hippy side of me doesn't like the idea of shipping a glass bottle of 330ml of liquid 17,000km to me when I can pick up something made locally just around the corner.

          A low bar, but the best you'll do for the mid-high 40s a slab (where I see Hop House being good value - not at the closer to 60 bucks dans is trying to flog) - The $12 for 6 was a dan's offer a few weeks ago.

          I believe it's imported (distributed by Lion locally), but would have to check - have a 6 pack sitting in the fridge.
