Working out Fair Value of ETFs

Hey guys,

I'm thinking of putting a bit of cash into ETFs or managed funds and I just noticed most of their unit prices are trading near their 12 month highs..probably due to the current bull market.

I'd like to know how to figure out their fair value tho so I have an idea of when to enter the market. Do etfs have anything like shares with their PE ratio?

Cheers

Anyone who can answer this question would have too much money for Ozbargin and if they answer his question on Ozbargin then they are probably wrong….

  • The 'fair value' of anything is the price a buyer and seller agree on.
ETFs are one of the best examples of this.
