  once you get to review order you can edit shipping and gives you option to choose. did same to me.

  Look at each shoe for C & C individually and only add to basket if it gives you stock for your chosen store
  I’d picked a style that did not appear in Liverpool stock so order was ship only so deleted
  When I added $30 shoe in black that was stocked whole order was C & C which I picked up ~3 hours later
