      I have lots of rum and rarely drink it. Brilliant.

      Make my own sugar syrup….really easy and quick, just as good as the bought stuff or better.

    my latest creation:

    • get a 500ml shaker (you can see my Fitness first shaker in the pic, perfect, so ironic)
    • 1 lime cut up and squashed in the shaker (i normally use the end of a rolling pin….gently!!)
    • Shot of vodka, or a heavy splash :)
    • 1 shot of sugar syrup, homemade is easy
    • a very small dash of ginger wine
    • a smallish dash of midori
    • 6 or 8 cubes of ice
    • about 200ml of water & get ready to shake (or use soda if you arent going to shake it or you dont have a shaker)
    • put the lid on the shaker, shake the cr@p outta it

    Pour into a fancy glass!! Tastes so good. Keeps the wife very happy (not that happy!)
