What Are These Black Dots on My Plant?

Strange black dots appeared on my plant overnight, I suspect they might be eggs? Can anyone corroborate?

    Probably Black Spot. Spray with a fungicide or something like Neem Oil.

    I'm gonna say they look a lot like fly eggs. We get heaps of these laid on our metal fencing in clumps.

    spray some seasol on your plant

    They come off if you rub them so I'm gonna go with eggs, it's probably not black spot. Thanks guys!

    Looks like flesh eating bacteria.
