      Grey import doesn't refer to the colour of the product but refers to products imported from overseas.

      Kate, if you're new here then you're not to know.

      A grey import is from an overseas retailer and is not covered under warranty.

      Often very difficult to exchange if faulty.

  I appreciate that heaps, not easy being new haha😅
  I stumbled across this one as I'm currently shopping for the DysonV11 Torque (in pink though) but if people aren't fussed about color, then I think this is a good bargin considering how new it is.
