  • Nice deal, would have personally liked to see a digital interface though.

  • +1

I have one of these from a previous offer and it is great for us (2 people).
One of the things I use it more often for is roasting raw cashew nuts (no salt).

  • Zz why doesnt velocity have deals like this, time to switch over…

  • Would this (the cheaper non-digital one) cook noticeably better than the cheapie Kmart one? (the small price diff and QF points not a big fuss)

Was thinking about getting it as a cheap way to try out an air fryer …

    • Kmart/kogan ones work perfectly fine.

    • +1

      2L vs 4.2L

    • personal choice.. id go branded over non branded.. also as cristtos mentioned 2l vs 4.2lt

      • Btw Philips air fryer is also better than the Tefal. I have a 9 year old Philips which is still working but I wanted something bigger so got the Tefal. I reckon the Philips makes things crispier in a shorter amount of time.

        • Agree but the equivalent is $300

          • +1

@RogueWolf: Yeah about 4 to 5 times the price. Not worth the extra money

  • For those new to air frying there us nothing wrong with the cheaper ones at Kmart or Kogan. They may not be fancy but they get the job done.

After using the Kogan air fryer for a number of months, I might upgrade to a branded one in the future.

If you have a family you really want to be getting a larger capacity air fryer so you don't have to do additional batches of food.

Tefal deal looks reasonable but for me the basket capacity is too small.

  • +1

This reminds me of trashcan Mac.

  • Is there anyway to get Qantas points quickly for this deal? I've not paid a lot of attention to my Qantas points account.

    • Fly interstate a few times

      • This is going to be the crunchiest bunch of flights ever!

  • What if dont have the qantas points, can I still buy the product?

    • -1

Yes but not from the Qantas store

      • hmm, but not at this price though!

  • Thanks, had 6000 points I didn't know what to do with
