Be wary, the reviews indicate freezing issues with the ice maker.

I've had the SRF719DLS for just under 3 years. The Ice maker has been replaced by Samsung under warranty (leaking / ice cubes all freezing together jamming the mechanism) as has the main fan which is a pretty big one piece unit (the entire inside back wall of the fridge).
The fan replacement was undertaken reluctantly by Samsung (after multiple calls and discussing my consumer statutory rights) and the technician that arrived stopped short of saying it was a design fault (the replacement part looked markedly different to the original).
So for peace of mind, if the extended warranty covers such things as is economical, i'd consider getting it too.

What's the difference between the SRF719DLS and SRF717CDBLS apart from the colour?

I've had an almost similar one but LG and never had issues. Could not buy this particular fridge due to the height on the middle part of the fridge. For some reason Samsung fridges the height in the middle of the fridge is higher than the door height.
Is this 717L or 719L? Isn't the 719 one has model number SRF719DLS?
