I have been using the PS4 version (LS30) for 3 years now and despite a few quality issues, I don't think you could even pay me to switch. I love em so much. That being said, why not try to order from Amazon US? You'll save a small fortune I think.
The best things about them: mic monitoring, LED at the tip of the mic boom so you can tell if you're muted or not, big ass mute buttons on the side, and the volume wheel.
The worst things about them: the replacement pads aren't available in Australia, I had to order some spares while I was in the US. Also the top padding wears off over time but this is something that affects all headsets. Finally after about the 12-18 month mark I started getting hairline cracks along the top plastic bits, but I've reinforced them with cable ties and it's held up the last 12 months. They've redesigned this part in this model although I don't see how it would fix the problem.
Regardless of the cons, it has pros that almost no other headset has (especially the LED on the tip of the mic, it's ingenious and every other company should be copying this).

A quick Google shows me that it's only available at expensive retailers like EB and JB, so I guess this is as good a deal as we're likely to find.
When they first came out pccasegear.com had the LS30's and they were discounted at one point to $130. I was always tempted to pick up a pair as a backup but never did. But yeah for now they seem exclusive to just a few retailers (in fact I think they only hit EB recently, pretty sure they didn't stock them when they first hit the market).
These are a comfortable headset very good quality they know what they are doing. Happy with the purchase :)
@Nukkles yeah pretty much haha have been going to get them just thought id wait till they go on sale.
