SAY SO” PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Information on how to participate and the Reward(s) (defined below) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

2. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

3. Participation into the promotion opens on 6th May 2019 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 2nd June 2019 (“Promotional Period”). The Promotional Period will be divided into four (4) periods (each a “Referral Period”) as shown in the table below. Offer is strictly limited to the first 100 Successful Referrals (as defined below) received in each Referral Period.

1. To be eligible to participate, individuals must register their details and become part of the SaySo Community (if not done so already). To register, individuals must undertake the following steps:

• Visit www.SaySo.com.au and click on ‘Join Now’; • Input the requested details including full name, email address, gender, DOB, mobile phone number, Postcode, create a password and then agree to the Promoter’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy; • Click on the link within the verification email sent to them by the Promoter (to the email addressed used within their registration); • Enter the SMS verification code sent to their mobile phone number entered at the time registration; and then when prompted; • Complete the survey questions to provide further details regarding their interests.

1. To participate in this promotion, individuals (“Referrers”) must then refer a friend or family member (“Referred Friend”) to become part of the SaySo Community (each a “Referral”) during the Promotional Period by: i. Visiting the My Referrals Page of their SaySo account to access their unique referral link (“Unique Referral Link”) and then; ii. Sharing the Unique Referral Link with a Referred Friend by: (a) Copying and pasting the Unique Referral Link into a private electronic message from the Referrers own personal account (including email, SMS or any other electronic message in which the link can be pasted); OR (b) Posting the Unique Referral Link to their own personal Facebook, Twitter and/or LinkedIn page by clicking on the relevant social media tile featured on the My Referrals Page of the Referrers SaySo account, and following the prompts to log in to their relevant social media account and post their Unique Referral Link to their social media page.

Subject to the Reward limits in clause 8 below, Referrers will receive a Reward for each Referred Friend who follows their Unique Referral Link and submits their details to become part of the SaySo Community in accordance with Clause 5 above (“Successful Referral”). For the removal of doubt, only once a Referred Friend has submitted their details in full and successfully signed up for a SaySo account will the Referral be deemed a Successful Referral for the purposes of claiming a Reward. Referred Friends must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over to be deemed a Successful Referral.

1. There is no limit to the number of Referrals a Referrer can make during the Promotional Period however each Referral must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

2. At the end of each Referral Period, the Promoter will award a $5 eGift Card (“Reward”) to each Referrer associated with the first 100 Successful Referrals, with a maximum of $50 permitted per Referrer. The Promoter will award a maximum of $500 in Rewards for Successful Referrals for each Referral Period.

3. Referrers can keep track of their Referrals via the My Referrals Page of their SaySo account. Referrers can select the service provider of their eGift Card from a list of providers given to them by the Promoter. Successful Referrers will be notified by email with details on how to redeem and select their eGift Card.

4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Referrals and Referrers (including a Referrer and/or Referred Friend’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

5. Incomplete or illegible Referrals will be deemed invalid.

6. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a Referrer, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Referrer.
