Honestly though, being a local you are shooting in the wrong direction. Anything 'buffet' for that price is not going to be too good :( Plus you are excluding some DECENT restaurants. $25 will buy you more than a proper breakfast at any one of the incredible restaurants in the area that is going to be filling anyway!

Find a proper place with a decent coffee in the morning and you'll thank me for it! If you absolutely MUST have a buffet breakfast look at the hotels in the area.
