About a year ago I tried google mapping all the milk tea shops in the Hoddle Grid area. There was an amazing amount and now there's even more! Bubble (tea) part 2!

Every old store in CBD that gets shut is replaced by either a Gong Cha or some asian fried chicken store and surprisingly there is still a queue outside each of these stores.
Well, cbd is full of ppl from that continent & and it gets more and more by year. They love milk tea and hotstar fried chicken.
You think that's bad? Try walking down Springvale central, every second shop literally is Bubble Tea
