Buying a "Direct Import" from Kogan - Should I Do It?

Hi all

am in the market for a ring floodlight cam (white)

Cheapest in australia atm is $359 at bunnings

Missed out on the 12% cash back from shopback earlier in the week with amazon (who have it for $379)

Kogan have them for $289. Quite a saving I think

Anyone had any issues with kogan when their stuff goes wrong?
