        You have to add it into the basket for check out 1st. Then you may check the location as a guest customer or log in.

          @save50: We're telling you you literally can't add it into the bag because the colour/combination size isn't available! Why would we lie?

          You're usually pretty helpful, but in this case you're coming across as defensive and a bit rude.

        You're supposed to click the black Click and Collect button, but the problem at the moment is that no one except the OP seems to be able to add it into their cart.

  I’ve taken to never buying from David Jones literally every “ozbargain” of theirs has ended in a refund and usually me having to go in store to get it. Can’t help but feel their online store is a joke.

    It’s only a “joke” when there is an actual bargain. From past experience they don’t even cancel the item, they just leave you in limbo (they don’t tell you they’ve cancelled it, they don’t even tell you they have no intention of fulfilling the order, and it’s up to you to follow it up for a refund. Waste of everyone’s time
