      I just called and almost before I could even finish asking whether they’re gen 1 or 2 I was told gen 1 “are long gone” (which they’re clearly not) I didn’t stay on the phone long enough to really make sure of it because when I asked about the price he said “whatever’s on the website” in the rudest tone I got off the phone straight away. I would have bought off this store but instead I’ll be trying to price match these somewhere else where they treat people like they’re not just wasting their time.

        That's not good customer service! For what it's worth, I rang as well and they have confirmed that they are only selling the second generation Sonos One since March of this year. I've updated the post.

        Thank you. I'm going to send the ones from Amazon back as I don't like supporting Amazon but sounds like the Klapp people don't deserve my money either. They should at least update their website.

  Bit of a shame that Sonos are struggling. I thought that they were taking over the wireless music world.

  The whole market is well over saturated.

        Yeah agreed… I have various smart speakers, but my favourites are all Sonos.

          @Soapdroid: I used to feel the same, but them STILL not supporting google assistant here + not being able to automatically turn on my amp with HDMI CEC (only optical out) means I haven't used it for years and do most things through google cast now.

          such a shame :(

            @yozza: I hear you, but you know you can change your country to the US to get Google assistant here, right? Also, do you want to sell any of your Sonos gear if you're not using it?

              Also JB price match no probs.
