Log in with your Microsoft account and play Minecraft any time from May 31st 12:00 AM UTC – June 3rd 6:59AM UTC and earn Deep Sea Mash-up Pack free. You can earn one map per person, and your free map will be accessible approximately a week after in your account in the Minecraft Marketplace, on (or before) June 12, 2019.

You can log in to Minecraft with a Microsoft account on Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Windows 10 edition, iOS, Android and Gear VR.

The Deep Sea Mash-Up Pack includes ten Deep Sea skins and an ocean full of strangely beautiful creatures. Designed to be a massive underwater world, it contains brand new places to explore, including an ancient citadel.

    Not sure if this is working properly… I played on Xbox One last night and on Android this morning and it's still showing up as full price. Do we really get no indication that it's worked for 2 weeks?

      I thought the same but the devil is in the details. You have to play Minecraft while logged into a Microsoft account and they will give you the freebie automatically at some point up to a week from now. I had created gamer tags for my kids for the xbox and I had my daughter sign into Minecraft using those credentials on her ipad this morning before playing. That's something I've never thought to do before. I think that should be all that's needed.

      The sucky thing is that purchases are not shared on the same xbox so if you start buying things in the Minecraft store attached to a gamer tag it's only available for that user on an otherwise shared xbox. Same for different users on any other device I guess.

      Because they get the player to customise skin and name their character, kids are unlikely to want to play with someone else's profile. So it's basically a cash grab as far as I can see.

        Ah. Sounds like the downfall of an in-game store. If you buy it in game it’s not shared but If its a Microsoft store dlc then it’s shared.
