TPG has stopped counting uploads on many of its plans

I just noticed TPG has stopped counting uploads on many of its plans this week. They also have lowered exit fees (50% of monthly charges up to max of $350).

ADSL2+ 200GB plan is a winner in my books considering no off peak times. I just changed to unlimited but 200GB + no upload + no offpeak would almost be unlimited for me anyways :)

Since you have posted this here, I reckon it's a great deal and you should post it as a deal

Some people may not have realised it and haven't upgraded their plans yet!

I still don't understand why they don't tell their own customers!

    • my guess, so they don't upgrade. Customers don't go looking on the TPG website anyways(I use leechometer for usage)

New customers on the other hand will!

  • Just a pity they're not available in more places! I think there's like, two streets somewhere in Newy that can get TPG ADSL2+.

  • I just noticed that today :D Funny. So good :)

  • and their off peak also better now, 1 am - 9 am, compare than before 2 am - 8 am for bundle with their line rental

    for not bundle 2.30-8.30 am.

  • The TPG reps on Whirlpool say that this (free uploads) is automatically upgraded for all existing users, unless you are on a grandfathered plan.

  • Awesome, just upgraded, same monthly price for an extra 20gb of data

  • About time! Last time they downgraded my plan without telling me :( The shaping speed was half as slow and they started counting uploads.

  • thanks just upgarded yea!
