A worthwhile deal to snap up a freebie but also save lives at the same time.

Between 13/6 10pm and 14/6 3am, you will get a free kebab when you donate blood.

  Arrived for my appointment today to be told there was a 45 minute wait just for the interview room, and that completing a plasma donation might take 2 hours, so I had to cancel on the spot as it would have made me late for work. :( I was not the only one who rocked up and left due to the long delay. They are planning to implement a system in future for automatically texting donors when there's a delay exceeding 30 minutes but it's not here yet.

  It would be great if there were more promos like this throughout the year and not just all on the one day/week as they seem to have more donors today than they could handle.

  Just donated my blood for the first time. Had a really good experience at the Melbourne centre with friendly staff and good vibes. Good food was a bonus. Will definitely be donating again! :)
