Mine take around the 2 hours through Cashrewards.
It would be nice if they were instant but they are not.
They used to take an hour or two, but they seemed to have upped their game lately as the last few (via CR and SB) have been arriving in about 10 mins.
Suncorp ones appear to be pre-purchased by them or something and are available instantly.
