I recently pulled the trigger on this deal:

which offers a 50 dollar visa gift card directly from Breville.
I have since received the product and applied the gift card promotion on the Breville website. And….. it is far from smooth sailing so far.
I went through the usual upload of receipt (surprisingly can't do pdf but only in jpg, bmp) which i got an email from Breville informing my claim is invalid with the following reasoning:
Unfortunately, we were unable to validate your claim, as the receipt provided does not show full payment of your products.
I then emailed them of the Amazon generated tax invoice which i received another email from Breville noting that would require a full receipt showing full payment dated on or before the 30th June 2019 to be eligible for this promotion.
I have then send them a screen shot of the amazon order details with credit card payment details but haven't heard anything back since. Am i missing something here? Much appreciated if the Ozb crew could point me some guidance. Thanks
