You are right about me knowing nothing about Culture Kings' marketing department. I only knew that the original deal is non-compliant with OzBargain's posting guidelines and was about to be removed. I edited its title in an attempt to rescue this deal from being unpublished, and I made a suggestion via PM to user Culture Kings to edit the description. Two hours has elapsed and there is no reply and no action from Culture Kings. So much for a "marketing department" tasked with promoting the company and its products.
@alvian: Ozbargain is a small percentage of their work and, IMHO not their target market. What they do they do well and this isn't one of them.
Unfortunately Ozbargain is a bit of a tough crowd :( Let me know if you need a hand
