  • IVORY COAT SUCCUMBS TO CHINESE INVESTORS
Invite Coat who recently sold to The Real Petfood Company, has taken an even more concerning turn and now sold on to a group of Chinese investors.

The Real Petffood Company Brands currently include the likes of Ivory Coat and cheap Supermarket Processed Pet Food Brands like VIP, Farmers Market, Natures Gift, Natures Goodness and Fussy Cat.

And although these processed pet foods are still apparently "Australian Made" (which we personally can’t see happening for much longer?) just remember to keep in mind that this does NOT mean that these products are made with 100% Australian Ingredients? Especially when the current law only requires Australian Made Products to ensure that a mere 50% of the product, be sourced/manufactured in Australia #mpdl

Website and packaging still states Australian sources ingredients. But i may look for alternatives before this changes.

    • Damn that is concerning.

What would you suggest? I have tried blakv hawk previously which wasn't so bad.

      • How did it taste?

      • my dogs didnt take too well to blakv hawk :) ..

I'm sticking with ivory coat and as soon as i see the ingredients change from "Australian turkey to "just TURKY0"
        I'll change to something else

Is Hills Science pet food a good choice ?

yes if you have shares in your company
no- if you read the ingredient list, you are paying top dollar, for not so top quality ingredients

having said that, their prescription diets may be different
