Seems like a pretty good price. Coles and woolies have the 14 treatments luxe version for a touch under $30. This version has a higher hydrogen peroxide content which I assume means it whitens better!

Ive used the 14 strips variant that OP said contained less peroxide. It does indeed work but personally makes my teeth more sensitive, in particular cold water.
I've used the luxe 14 pack one last month and I noticed my teeth were whiter around 6 days of use. Not sure about these ones though, pretty sure I read that the normal oral b whitestrips don't stick onto the teeth as well which would cancel out the extra 0.85% peroxide added to the 28 pack. I agree with 4 tran in saying that your teeth will become a little more sensitive.

I should've said a little more sensitive during the treatment, about 3 days after I had finished all 14 treatments it went away

also rinse your mouth with apple cider vinegar. it whitens the teeth.

Personal review : used it for the last week, teeth are whiter. Haven't had any sensitivity issues besides feeling it slightly when I rinse my mouth out with cold water after.
Might for up to day 10 and save the rest.
