I booked hotel and flight on separate transactions.
The transaction record shows 3% and 0.5% cashback instead of 6% and 1% as described in the website.
What's wrong with the system?

Today one of my zuji transaction is paid but the amount is reduced to half (1% becomes 0.5%)! I have contacted them. (see the message below)
I am very disappointed with iReward. Are there any ways to migrate back to MBC? If there is none at the moment, will you consider making one? I realize how good MBC is when an incident such as this happens. There is no longer a Forum on iReward. Thus, there is no way for people to discuss the problem publicly.

I have three Zuji transactions.
2 x Airfare
1 x HotelThe advertised rates are 1% and 6% respectively for these transactions but it appears now to be only 0.5% and 3%.
Things is more complicated for Txn 104622048. It was tracked as $17.54 but when it is paid to account it becomes $8.77.
Can you correct this please? I have sent an email earlier but haven't got a reply yet.
Hi, iReward now have different rates I beleive so you really have to deal with them direct I'm afraid.
There are no plans to enable migration of an iReward account back to MBC at this stage.

shows the following rateMoney Back Offers:
Moneyback rates:
Air: 1.00% of basket value
Hotel: 6.00% of basket value
Packages: 3.00% of basket value
Insurance: 5.00% of basket value
Please wait until the transactions are approved, the values should be corrected then, if not raise an enquiry against each transaction and we'll get it fixed up.
