True Dual Sim Phone under $300

Looking for the best dual sim phone for under $300
So I could use a cheap data sim and my usual sim at the same time.

Phone should support 4G/4G simultaneously, I think it’s called Dual VoLTE

Other features the phone should include:
NFC
B28
3.5mm headphone jack
USB type-C
Fingerprint sensor
Decent cameras
FHD screen
Dual sim for no particular reason /s
MicroSD support (prefer dedicated but hybrid is okay if it meets all these specs as I can buy the adapter to put 2 sims + microsd in the hybrid slot)
Great battery life
Decent performance.

F1 Play seems to meet the specs but would like to hear other options as well

I have also been contemplating getting the Nokia 6.1, as it meets my needs for only $200 but I couldn’t find anything confirming it’s 4G/4G

Dual VoLTE is 4G/4G, but 4G/4G isn't necessarily dual VoLTE (all squares are rectangles, not all rectangles are squares). VoLTE is Voice over LTE (4G), so if it supports VoLTE, it's 4G. But not all 4G supports VoLTE (and even if it does, not all carriers allow all phones to use VoLTE…it's a mess).

I have the F1 (not Play), it's definitely dual 4G, no experience with it's VoLTE capabilities (or lack of). And the camera hardware itself is ok (no idea if it's a true dual setup or if the second's a fake like in some other Umidigi phones), but it's definitely let down by software. I've gotten some decent photos fiddling with OpenCamera, but it's just not ideal. It's a hybrid dual sim/sd. Lot of people were raving about the A5 Pro, I would have bought one if it had usb-c (it's micro-usb; a shame too because it even had dual sim AND a microsd slot).

    • Do you have any idea whether the Nokia 6.1 is 4G/4G it’s similar in specs but a lesser battery than the f1 and performance.

      • I don't know. Quick google search looks promising, but reading the actual results (instead of just the title) and they're usually talking about the Nokia 7, Nokia 7 Plus, or Nokia 6. Nokia's own site about the Nokia 6 ( https://www.nokia.com/phones/en_us/support/nokia-6-user-guid… ) says no. But other sites say yes, with a software update. So…maybe?

This could be a case of, find a seller who will confirm the model they're selling definitely does 4G/4G. If it does, great! If not, you have a reason for a return (do make sure it's in writing that it'll do dual 4G/4G).

    P.S.
Nevermind, you're after 4G/4G, which I don't think you can find under 300 easily.

    • Certainly can… but not with all of his wants.. B28 & NFC.
Redmi Note 5, 6 & 7 all do 4G on both sims and can be had for under $300.

      • Good to know. I stand corrected then

      • Umidigi One Pro, was $230 last I checked. F1 is $280, I just got one last week (I also have the One, non-pro without NFC, from Christmas). They're not flagship phones, but they do support dual 4G.
