Just picked up a copy of the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate limited edition at Big W Box Hill.

Comes with:
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate game
Themed Switch Pro Controller
Steelbook

Thought it was pretty good considering the controller itself can be ~$100 by itself.

Also saw some of the new Amiibo there for $18 each, so only $3 cheaper than full price.

      Maybe JB (or Target) will do a price match. Our local BigWs have no stock, but seeing as son already has the game won't be buying. He liked the pro controller idea though.

        $129 is a great price! I bought at JB for $149. EB was selling it for $200 or something ridiculous.

          We used to buy games etc. from EB Games too but found other stores, often BigW were cheaper. Did get a price match once at EB Games, another time at Target. Son has an EB Games membership card but it has never been of any benefit to him.

      Son told me the controller was modelled after the original GameCube controller shape. He liked it and I noticed that during gaming tournaments some gamers actually prefer that style. Familiarity I guess. He has GameCube, Wii, WiiU and Switch and retained all his games.
