Pretty sure 3.1A is total for both ports, usually 1A + 2.1A.

I'm not sure of that. The total max combined load for both ports is 3.15A.

That indicates to me (and I may be wrong), that the advertised 3.1A is available entirely on one port, so long as the other is empty.

The official product page and its pdf spec sheet are on the Web Archive https://web.archive.org/web/20190315203434/https://www.ji.co…

      • USB-A doesn't go higher than 2.4A, and most are only up to 2.1A or 1A.

Pretty sure it's a mistake Not to have
an On / Off switch on a powerboard ie,
if it's going to power electronic dev-
    ices.

Yes, we have switches on power-points,
but these are often near floor-level &
    hard for some to reach.

Plugging-into a power socket can make
    sparks, that cause surge spikes.

Thanks, for giving me my first laugh of the day and putting a smile on my face. =)

  • 3.1A total for both USB

  • which one is the one for fast charging? so many variation of the same stuff on USB charging.

  • Great price imho regardless of whether USB ports are both fast charging or not. Even 1amp ports can power ipcams, voice assistants, baby monitors, usb lamps and diffusers, charge fitness trackers, etc.

  • gone the day of manual powerboard, time to WiFi it up, boys and girls!
