i bought my navigon 1300 from catchoftheday last year. and i wasn't aware they got latest map guarantee. when i try to update the map, it was too late, because it was expired june last year. so i called their hotline, but it seems their hotline is not working, so i sent email then i got reply that they will activate my latest map guarantee map. so at the end i got Q1 - 2011 map. so everyone that forgot to upgrade your latest map guarantee. send email to their hotline.
