still have a xl 3ds went it was on sale for $99, haven't open it yet.
I opened mine a month ago (was thinking of selling it) - best decision ever.
Which games have you been playing? any recommendations?
@bailbondsh: I am playing Picross 3d. Everyone in my household is actually playing it. Bought a bunch of dirt cheap games but only played that, expecting the games to be a bit second rate on account of the price.
Would be interested to see more deals on classic titles like this as I am not really a nintendoid
The problem is after paying 99 bucks for the console I feel like 50 bucks for two gsmes it too expensive :(
@Jackson: It's worth it if you're getting two quality games that will entertain you for hours and have good resale value.

Mario Kart 7 still above $40. Haven't seen that game going cheap ever since release :/

Aside from cool effects, no.
The 3DS early in its life had 3D effects heavily marketed, which led to many games implementing it to varying degrees. None of them however had gameplay-changing features.
Lots of good deals on 3DS games lately but I haven't seen any good deals on the consoles for a while. Want to see the 2DS XL on sale again.
