      I have an earlier model and by waterproof they mean water beads off it like a ducks back. Water could technically get in the zipper ect. though.

      Also: it's the best backpack I've ever owned. Had it for a year and a half and it's very durable.

    My backpack arrived today. It is tiny. It's a child's backpack. It's ridiculous. The people in the product shots must be hobbits.

    If you've ordered this, then I hope that you know an awful seven year old in need of a cheapo school backpack. This would be the perfect spiteful gift for them. If you even remotely like them, then you should probably give them a better looking backpack from Kmart tho.
