  don't buy from here if you 'll get any defected product they 'll not respond to your emails or anything
  bought a few watches a few weeks ago, got 2 damage out of 11 watches but they didnt respond at all.

  Don't buy this shit. These go super dull and look like plastic after exposed water. If you read the receipt it says to not get them wet. It voids the warranty and it's impractical.

  Got these from Swarovski direct in a store, not from this seller. But my experience with the product:

  I got my wife some reasonably expensive ones. Look great but after water hits them was a pain in the ass to get a refund. Had to get a replacement set 'in good faith' Refused to get a refund.

  Negging the product, not the seller.

  The woman who served us really didn't like conflict. She was literally shaking and stood her ground. I didn't think we were that bad.

    Hi I am so sorry I think there has been some confusion, our company is not Swarovski we are an online retail company that buys direct from Swarovski. Our policies sound to be much different to what you have advised. Unfortunately you will need to deal with Swarovski regarding your order as they are not associated with us in that respect.
