Ridiculous RRP AMAZON same price and I don’t think will fall .

  • is this a good choice for making baby food puree? it will be for boiled vegetables or fruit.

Yeah it should be fine, we used a cheap kmart bottle blender which was much smaller and had less blades and even that did a fine job. Boiling the veggies softens them up so much they go to mush even just being handled really.

      • thanks Shaman, appreciate the feedback!

…have this. havent used it much but its a really nice quality, solid blender with thick glass jug. looks great in the off white/cream

  • Will add you go away from creme colour it goes up $169.99 White , $249 Red at Amazon so will withdraw quote of thinking it will not fall .

  • Had my eye on one of these for when my blender breaks but right now I don't need it

Wait till it breaks and pay full RRP. Ozbargain rule #73, have lots of storage space and buy before it's urgent!

  • Bought one of these off amazon when they had them for $50. It’s a very solid blender, highly recommended!

    • For those who have one. How "variable" is the speed knob - are there many speeds or just 2 or 3?
      Does it gulp air?

      • The speed knob doesn’t have any numbers on it, it just goes from minimum to maximum, so you can choose how fast you want it. There is also a pulse function. I haven’t really noticed it gulp air atm

Bought this one at $39.76 from amazon.com.au last month

    • Are the parts easy to wash?
I bought a $50 Kambrook one and there are like 8 parts (lids, glass, rubber rings, gaskets, etc) to wash after every use, kinda put me off. It says not suitable for dishwasher.
I still want my dream morning smoothie…

This one is pretty much same as yours
        Lids, glass, rubber rings, blades..
        I am using dishwasher though

    • …great price. paid around $50 for ours from amazons appliance sale last year…got the matching kettle too for $30
