      Says the guy who lives on government handouts…

      • Well they were the ones who gave me my disability so…

        • So every individual public sector employee contributed to your injury?

      You're getting downvoted but it's true, state public servants are among the bottom of the barrel and about 80% of the workforce should be cut. Seems OzBargain is filled with cushy public servants and hard greenies.

      • I'd love to hear what you're basing that assessment on. Have you worked in the public sector? I have worked in both and I have seen far more incompetence in the private sector than in the public. Something that most critics of the public service don't seem to understand is a little thing called public accountability. Don't see much of that in the private sector at all.

          public accountability

          Yes, there's a strong lack of accountability in the public sector. I have numerous friends and family members on the public paycheck and the lack of performance standards and accountability is almost laughable. In the private sector, if you aren't pulling your share, you don't have a job. That can't be said about the public sector.

            Have you considered the fact that it may have something to do with your sample selection? ;)

    You're silly if you think Qld public servants would be stupid enough to give you their corporate email addresses.

    Does this include servants in the new $200m department that is being built in order to reduce the size of the public service in QLD?

  • Why does QLD get all the love?!
