Just buy any, that's my recommendation.
They all do the same job. There isn't a competitive market for DVD burning.

You can use internal ones with an AC adaptor. Might be an idea if you've got one lying around.

  USB adapter for a laptop drive on eBay is cheap. Don't even need an external power supply then. $9 or so?
