      The discipline of the bargain hunter is tested most with these kind of sales.

      I must admit I have fallen victim to this many times and cannot call myself an epic bargain hunter no more or at least not the best :(

      Honestly the ultimate bargain hunter would not even be considering a pc at all maybe only in their last final dying years lol but then.. :( sad face

      Same. I feel violated. To test steam's refund policy for $4.50 or not, that is the ozbargain question.

      Check the Steam store listing for The Handsome Collection. It's $9 for the whole package but I think it takes into account what you already own and discounts the price, so you might be able to fill in your missing DLC for a few bucks.
