What is the cooldown period for an existing Kogan mobile user to become a 'New Customer" If I port to another provider how long is the wait to port back to Kogan to qualify as a new customer.

Make sure to close the account after you port out. I did a trial with Kogan, then ported to a few others, then decided to buy a 1 year plan for Kogan. Had problems porting and then they realised that my first account was never 'closed' properly. Took 3 days of calling for someone to realise that and resolve..
