Any warranty on an Aussie Stock Galaxy Watch when buying 2nd hand from Gumtree, no receipt

I intend to buy an Australian stock 2nd hand galaxy watch off of Gumtree. It's an Aussie stock model.

I wonder if will it be covered under the 2-year Samsung warranty until August 2020? It's built date is August 2018.

As long as you have proof of purchase, Samsung cover the warranty. That's what they told me when I sold my S9

  I'm buying on Gumtree so no proof of purchase, unless screen-shots from Gumtree is deemed proof of purchase in the eyes of Samsung!

U can directly go to Samsung store and try. normally they ask receipt, but try telling them its a gift and person is no longer is in touch,
mostly they try to avoid until u insist.
