Agree, got it for my son for his birthday and it was confusing and not very fun for my family.
Normal monopoly is a lot more fun imo
Although monopoly wasn't in my childhood, my partner loves it and we bought this edition last night and played a bit. Overall I think it's okay, but the rule is so different than a normal monopoly game. Plus, every character has special skills and you can buy extra characters to add to the default 4.
Based on a computer game,i would not be surprised by it not having some microtranscations

Got it and played it a few times with my kids. Its quite different and not just a reskin of the traditional game. However, not much strategy involved and its sort of like sitting in a rollercoaster and just enjoying the ride.
Any good?
