It's because the complete edition is coming to playstation hits (end of the month).
I havent played this one yet,so should i buy this one or wait for the complete edition?
I didn't get a chance to play the DLC but heard it's good. The main game is awesome and well worth $17.

I'm always wary of open world fatigue, and 20-30 hours in any game is usually enough of a fill to want to move on to the next and exciting thing. DLC is just an extra dose that you'll only want if you especially like this particular game, and then better to get into after taking a break from it anyway… which is what I did here, bought and played the original release, then sold the original and bought the complete edition. Little cost difference, and certainly cheaper than buying DLC digitally.

The game is great. Yes, fatigue can set in. Personally I played the main game then played another game, then came back to finish the DLC. It's all good gameplay, graphics, story, challenge, throughout so it's worth getting the DLC IMO
If u get the base game, you'll have to buy the dlc, if you get complete edition, your save games likely won't carry over. I found this when I for Witcher 3 GotY

DLC isn't huge but its easily worth the few dollars. Also, don't selling the dlc for $15 currently, they usually sell it for $30

Anyone that is actually interested in this game, I would strongly recommend you do NOT buy this but instead, get the complete edition instead. It is only $4.62 more at Amazon.
The CE comes with The Frozen Wilds DLC, which imo is an essential add-on to the game even if you only partly enjoy the base game. The only way to get the DLC if you've already bought the base game (eg. this post), is to buy the DLC from the PS store (who set their own prices. At full price, the DLC alone is $30, however it sometimes goes on sale for $15 on occasions).
The Complete Edition is being added to the 'Playstation Hits' catalogue, and as such, will now have a permanent price reduction meaning it would be cheaper to get that compared to buying the base game and buying the DLC later.
Should also note that the DLC is included on the disc itself, rather than as a single-use code, so if you wanted you could also buy a 2nd-hand copy of the game and still get all the features of buying it brand new. This was more applicable back when the CE was being sold above $40 however now it's less so since you can buy it brand new for almost $20.
PSA anyone that got a $10 voucher from JB for the digital receipt promo, they expire (some of them anyway) on June 30. So now would be a great time to buy!

Got refused at JB Hi-Fi Bankstown NSW. They said because Big W has no stock and because it's a clearance item, we cannot price match it for you. Even got refused for this as well. Well whatever, it's there loss. They lost a sale.
