While I was browsing for a bargain I saw a rack of shirts near the escalators so I went to have a look.

I overhead a staff member telling another customer that all the clothes on the rack are an additional 70% off of the already reduced red ticketed price.

An Australian made shirt with Italian cotton caught my eye so I went to try it on.

There were mostly large (L) and extra large (XL) sizes available.

I was amazed when I discovered that it was originally $180 and I had just paid $14.70! A discount of 91.83%

The best discount I have found so far!

  Extra 70% off selected already reduced red ticket items. Ends Sunday.

  Market St in Sydney has an entire floor (Sale on 7) with clearance item, all of which are extra 70% off. The red ticket price is generally higher than the scan price so always ask them to check it for you.

  Some of the best finds include, wool suit jackets for $20-30, same with trousers for $10-30. Lots of different types of shirts, casual, business, etc

  Most of the sizes left are XS, L, XL, XXL.

  That guy obviously not selling enough at DJ hence clearing his sheet out as no further contract . If had a ridiculous RRP of $280 I can see why and 1 of the parties should have woken up long ago .

  I bought three suits today for $348. The combined RRP was over $4000. I didn’t even try the pants. Ozbargain rule no1 buy first ask questions later:)

    There’s no time limit to when you need to return them too, for purchases made prior to August 1 (DJs’ returns policy is changing from August 1)

  Awesome price for a great shirt, not to mention that it's one of the few (or perhaps last) Australian made shirt… It's a pity Nigel Lincoln won't be around…

    When I spoke to the salesman at DJ Chatswood, he reckons Nigel wasn't doing too well (and perhaps going bust) and that's why he's leaving DJs… I hope that's not the case but who knows. It's sad regardless :(

      It sucks that there are few Australia made items. Dri Glo towels are one that I can think of that we purchase.

  I wonder if it's worth checking out any DJ stores in SA
  It seems more bargains to be had in store than online these days.
