Bought LG tv recently..(LG 55B8).
TV is great..amazing. but i am having a problem with my bookshelf speakers.
I have Edifier S1000DB bluetooth speakers. I ham having trouble using them.
First i tried connecting them via optical, but unable to control volume with LG remote and speakers volume has to be adjusted by tiny remote..which is really inconvenient. tried finding a solution on net..nothing.so, gave up that option.
Now i tried connecting with bluetooth. working perfectly fine, but when i turn off the TV, every time i had to connect to the speakers again. it is not remembering and auto connecting.any solution?
These speakers doesn't have any HDMI ARC. so no option on that.
i really want to use my speakers with this TV. i really appreciate any help in connecting them seamlessly.
Thanks.
Bluetooth works by distance (usually up to 10m) and maybe the speakers are a little too far away from the TV?
Under the sound settings (optical/bluetooth), there should be a tick-box for the speakers to be constant/remembering connection.
You can also try to update the software on the TV and it may fix the issue.
Also when you turn the TV back on, there might be a pairing delay so wait about 30+ seconds and it may establish connection.
Cheers
