3m, if not sold another 3 months, if still not sold then another 3 months … keep doing this for eternity
Do you want to save $ now or maximise the price you sell for? 12 months will give you max selling power, but potentially rule out some buyers because of the extra $. Saving now and buying 3 months will make the car slightly less attractive to a buyer.
Think about what you would prefer as a buyer and go with that. End of the day you’ll make some buyers happier and others not happier because of your choice.
