    I am in the market for a new mattress but the neg reviews seem genuine and make me nervous about the longevity of your product. Even with the 100 day guarantee. The warranty also does not offer a lot of comfort.

    Hey Rep, what's the density of your foam.
    Also, what are the conditions/fine print regarding 15yr warranty?

    Foam that no longer is supportive of weight will not necessarily have visible sag. Seems to me the reviews are saying the memory foam keeps imprint of their body after 6 months.

    Bought this, gave me the worst backpain ever. I quickly tried to refund but was told someone from red cross had to come and pick it up. That meant taking a whole day off work as if you leave it outside and it's stolen or wet you've for gone your refund. In the end just tossed it out and bought the ozbargain favorite eBay mattress.

        Over a year, yes great, much more firm than memory foam. Can't really go wrong for such a low price.
