Parcel Point experience

I went to make a return for an unwanted item. While the staff was processing it on the computer, he said he can see everything that I've bought. I asked just the returns?

His eyes fixated on the screen, keen, he said all my purchases, what I've bought, Groupon, where I've bought, he list some items.

Privacy much?

This experience made me really uncomfortable and I don't think I will use their service again.

If I had another option I would've went for AusPost.

    Parcelpoint has also given me a dodgy vibe in the past. Every time I've gone it's been a rather interesting experience.

    The last time I used them was for an Amazon return and it sat there with no updates on the tracking site for a week+ before I called the shop and asked. Then they finally initiated the return via a courier but that never showed delivered so I had to ask Amazon to process the refund manually as they saw that it was still in transit for more than a week.

    Another time I went to a chemist to pick my item up and they were confused when I said I had a parcelpoint delivery to pick up.

    Then I had to show them an actual email with everything before the person actually realised what I was asking for…

    I stick to Parcel Lockers now.
