Any recommendations for a travel insurance company with good cover for motorcycle touring. My wife and I plan on touring Asia on a motorcycle stopping as we feel. Yes I have a full open motorcycle licence and we are taking riding gear with us including helmets. Looking for an insurance company that covers riding motorcycles over 250c. Thank you

I've used CoverMore previously but they require a local motorcycle license as well (only upto 200CC as well)
Yes it's a murky world when you look into it. Most restrict to under 200cc if they cover at all. I am researching but appreciate if anyone has any accurate information that may assist me.

Insureandgo have coverage for over 250cc with appropriate license, but you'll need to read their t&cs to see if there's any specific exclusions.
We arranged our travel insurance with InsureandGo so my partner was covered whilst riding motorcycles in Asia. You can get a 20% discount through Groupon https://www.groupon.com.au/deals/ga-insureandgo-2. Check the policy covers over 250cc as I think the policy wording has changed.
Have you tried the regular ones ? Covermore 1 cover etc? Even your credit card one might cover you.
Most insurers have a issue covering people who ride with no licence…
